Service Description

Voidtype is a privacy-first note-taking application that provides:

Local encryption of all user data
Optional anonymous sync functionality
Zero-knowledge architecture
No data collection or tracking

User Responsibilities

Legal Use

You agree to use Voidtype only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

Device Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and backup of your encryption keys. If you lose access, we will not help you.

Privacy & Data

Zero Data Collection

Voidtype does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. All data processing occurs locally on your device.

Payment Terms

The optional sync service requires a one-time payment of €1 per month.

Payment is processed securely through our payment provider
No refunds are provided for customer safety and anonymity
Service continues until payment expires
If you lose access to your encryption keys, we will not help you regain access due to the fact that we cannot certify your identity.

Limitation of Liability

Important Notice

Voidtype is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any data loss, security breaches, or other damages resulting from the use of our application. Users are responsible for their own data security and backups.
