GDPR Compliance

How Voidtype complies with the General Data Protection Regulation.

GDPR Compliant by Design

Voidtype is built with GDPR compliance as a fundamental principle. Our zero-data collection architecture means there are no personal data processing activities that require GDPR compliance measures.

Data Processing Assessment

Under the GDPR, "personal data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. Voidtype processes no such data:

No Names or Identifiers

No collection of names, emails, or personal identifiers

No IP Logging

No IP addresses or network information stored

No Device Tracking

No device fingerprints or usage analytics

No User Accounts

No user registration or profile data

Sync Service Data Processing

The optional sync service processes only encrypted data that cannot be associated with individuals:

Anonymous UUIDs

Randomly generated identifiers with no personal information. Only cryptographic hashes are stored.

Automatic Deletion

All server data automatically deleted after 7 days, minimizing retention periods.

GDPR Rights

Since Voidtype processes no personal data, most GDPR rights are not applicable. However:

Right to Deletion

No personal data exists to delete. Simply uninstall the app. Server data auto-deletes after 7 days.

Right to Portability

Your data is always under your control and exportable.

Right to Information

This page provides complete transparency about our practices.

Right to Object

No automated processing occurs that you need to object to.
